This is by far our quickest dessert recipe yet. Our No Guilt Whipped Cream recipe will satiate your cravings for Whipped Cream, without much guilt. This recipe includes no sugar and is great on a many number of desserts. It’s so simple, there’s no need to even take the cream out of the measuring cup. This recipe is an adaptation from Low Carb Slow Carb.
This recipe should be good for about 20 servings. This can be put in a container to preserve and serve later in the refrigerator.
Equipment Needed:
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Heavy Cream (at least 30% milk fat)
- 2 Tablespoons Monk Fruit Sweetener or 1/2 Teaspoon Stevia Powder or Drops
- 2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Instructions:
- Put heavy cream in measuring cup.
- Whisk briskly for about 1 minutes, or use a high speed mixer and mix for 15 seconds.
- Add sweetener and vanilla extract.
- Whisk for another minute, or another 15 seconds with a high speed mixer.
Notes:
- To make this Vegan: You would have to use coconut cream derived to make this work. It works best by refrigerating or freezing coconut milk overnight, then using the separated resultant cream.
- This recipe is kosher as is.
